shipping and return policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS:


SHIPPING:

 

All Ace of Hats orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5 PM PST, or on Sunday or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles.  Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped with the following options:


U.S.:

Free Ground Shipping is offered on all orders in the U.S. (shipping time approx. 2-7 Business Days, deepening on location)


CANADA:

$35 (USD) Ground shipping charge. The taxes and duties will not be calculated at the checkout. Customer will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. Ace of Hats Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery. If you have any problems with your order, such as damaged items, reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, email us at kat@aceofhats.com. Please send a photo of the damaged item.


RETURN POLICY:

Ace of Hats Inc. strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and we want you to find product you love. As a small business that recently started operating, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. We are happy to offer our customers store credit or exchange for different hat style if the order is returned within 14 days of receiving.  Returns and exchanges may only be made once. Hats must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, unused, and with original tag attached. Any returns that are unauthorized, received past our policy window, or are damaged, worn, have stains, or missing the original tag upon arrival will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.  To initiate a return, please contact kat@aceofhats.com with your order number. Please note, shipping fees associated with the making returns are responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your store credit, unless return is due to manufacturer defect or wrong item was received. Please contact us within two business days after receiving defective item to exchange or get storage credit.
